Clydebank 10k

If last week's Helensburgh 10k's conditions were far from ideal then this week's conditions for the Clydebank 10k were nothing short of perfect as Harriers secured more personal bests than can be mentioned. Coupled with results at the Clydebank 5k in March, there's probably not a better place to run fast.

Jack Arnold was first Harrier home in ninth place (32:48) while Jack Heathwood (34:18) and Robbie Ferguson (35:33) occupied the top two junior positions. All three ran new personal bests.

On the women's side, just 17 days removed from her marathon, Lynne McDowall ran under 40 minutes for seventh place female. Backed up by Angela Campbell and Janine Dickie, the trio combined to take second place in the team competition.
